Our little Majesty the Baby is currently obsessed with Peppa Pig.

To such a degree that (and this will surely resonate to anyone “in the Peppa know” 🤦🤦‍♀️), we are often heard singing “Jumping up and down in Muddy Puddles” without prompt or good reason.

So we asked ourselves, “how can we put something we are so clearly so pig (excuse the pun) sick of to useful purpose?”

Well, this was our conclusion.

A pig named “Popper” is now appended to the door to our fridge, to remind us whenever those inescapable urges to consume calorie laden foods unnecessarily strike, what lurks on the other side.

We like many others find Winter a far more difficult time to maintain healthy weights and MikeyM™ in particular often raids the fridge out of pure boredom, but Poppa certainly gives us food for thought (sorry, the puns are getting worse).

We intend to cover off the importance of diet to managing anxiety and stress in a separate blog but couldn’t resist the chance to share Poppa’s story and important role in our lives he now lays.

He doesn’t say much but is sure as heck highly effective as a “food scarecrow” 😆😅🤣.

Love LouLoU&MikeyM™ 🤍 xx
