We have touched upon the stressbustingā¢ benefits of having a pet in previous posts.
Regrettably, having a pet is a responsible business, and with work as well as Her Majesty the Baby keeping us so busy at the moment, it would not be feasible for us to have a physical pet as it stands.
So, instead, we have been down to the virtual cat and dog shelter and got ourselves one low maintenance, fully trained, 9 year old golden retriever called Hank to keep us on our virtual toes and entertain Her Majesty the Baby!
Now as may be discernable from his pic, Hank is all out American pooch.
And he is now a valued member of our own stressbustingā¢ family and will encourage us to explore wellness from a whole new perspective.
Hank will be posting his own ādogblogsā in due course, in which he will provide an elucidating commentary on our human behaviours from both a K9 and American perspective, which should prove highly entertaining!
But for now, please simply join us in āraising the woofā, so to speak, to welcome Hank to the StressBustingExpertā¢ household!
