MikeyM™ has been putting some considerable 'beef around the midriff' of late. It would be easy to attribute this to approaching middle age, but a quick exercise on nothing more than the equivalent of a post it note showed that, alas no, he was actively over indulging (without even knowing it) on calorie drenched items that could easily be dropped from his daily calorie count without undue disappointment or distress. Habits are powerful phenomena, but they can be both positive and negative. By enacting basic dietary changes following a review that took no more than 10 minutes, it was calculated that MikeyM™ can save a whopping 884 calories per day against a recommended daily consumption of 2500 calories for an adult male of his size (an incredible weekly equivalent saving of 6,188 calories!). Whether his over indulgence was a result of extravagance or comfort eating really doesn't matter. The fact is that the act of performing this simple exercise and writing the results down has created focus and entrenched in MikeyM™'s subconscious the opportunity of a better diet and health regime with very limited adjustments. Sometimes it therefore pays to take a breath and 'observe' our own actions in a critical way as opposed to merely 'seeing' those actions, in case they are developing into counter productive or health threatening negative habits. We often "cannot see the woods for the trees", but by 'observing' our actions in this way instead of merely accepting them as the norm or inevitable, we can enact meaningful changes with minimal effort that can radically improve our mindset and wellbeing. In other words, nobody can be the change we want to be better than ourselves IF we only take the time to observe our habits closely enough!!!

Much love always, LouLou™ & MikeyM™ xxx  🧡❤💯💥😘
