There are superb online personal financial and budgeting tools online that can help keep a check of incomings, outgoings and spend which can make life much easier.
Additionally, banking, pensions and all manner of other matters can now be managed and accessed securely on a ‘paper free’ basis online via smartphone or laptop by simply notifying the product provider.
And freeing space up in a household from a mammoth of paper can be a truly cleansing stressbusting™ endeavour of itself.
Enormous advances in technology over recent years has on one hand brought with it a speed and urgency that has been the source of much increased stress and anxiety.
But on the other positive side, it has created many time and effort saving opportunities.
So for goodness sake don’t FEAR the technology, as this is just the same False Evidence Appearing Real as is described in our posts.
Instead, adopt it as a champion of personal declutter and stressbust™ your way to an easier life!
