Stress is an international phenomenon which effects everyone in some way or another without exception for the reasons we explain in our post entitled "StressBustingExpert™ - transcending cultural & emotional barriers".
And it can be incredibly stressful to know valuable information may be available but cannot be accessed because of any lack of functionality.
We are therefore very proud and excited to announce plans to extend our overall user experience to better service the Deaf, Blind, hard of hearing and visually impaired communities by making a number of introductions over the months ahead.
These initiatives include a combination of the following:-
● increased subtitled video content
● simplified keyboard navigation processes
● an optimised and more intuitive search engine empowered by voice recognition
● incorporation of screen reader and dictation capability
● images to be accompanied by text-alter nature descriptions
● access to screen and post reader facilities
● closed captioning and text transcripts
● braille display conversion tools
● accessible font usage adaptable to users' browser settings
● greater use of and direction to widely used social media sites easily accessible on mobile units
● continued creation of relevant content and language, avoiding the use of colloquialisms, slang, or unclear jargon
● a dedicated, live "HelpDesk" facility to resolve any issues in real time as they arise, with relevant specialists on hand to assist.

We welcome all user feedback on how we may enhance their experience at any time.
