Listening to music can be one of the most easily accessible StressBusting™ experiences there is for many of us and has been in one basic form or another since the start of time.

And we think it is for this reason that so many people go to the effort of specifically identifying a song to be played at their funeral service.

It occurred to us recently, however, that it was odd people choose a song to die to, but do not always have one that they live by!

So we are setting about encouraging people to think about what would be their "life anthem" and why.

This could involve thinking about what sort of music we enjoy and why; which artists we relate to; what melodies we keep returning back to, and so on.

After considerable deliberation, for example, we concluded that our life anthem is an album called "Greatest Hits : King of Cool" by the legendary Dean Martin.

Reasons for this were various and personal to us.

We hope users will try this interesting exercise and report their own conclusions with reasons, as we would like to compile a "Top 10 StressBusting™ Anthems of all Time" later in the year using that valued feedback!
