How did Boxing Day come about?
Well, it seemingly comes from a time when the rich, having exchanged their gifts on Christmas Day, used to box up gifts to give to the poor.
So, if you have any unwanted gifts, food, clothes or other belongings that are going to waste or gathering dust, why not use the day to make a commitment to donating them to a worthwhile cause like a local charity shop or food bank?
After all, the act of giving generously and without expectation of return is a fantastic Stressbusting™ strategy.
Alternatively, "box" it all up and plan to enjoy a day offloading it at a sales room or car boot sale, creating space to enhance your home environment and relishing the social interaction such an event would bring.
Again, these are excellent Stressbusting™ strategies"!
Much Boxing Day love, LouLoU&MikeyM ☺💞💝 xxxx
