Always keep your stressbusting™ assets near and visible for optimum stressbusting™.

We know, for example, how much water we need to consume through the day but used to struggle to remember to do so.

Now, we have jugs or bottles of fresh water strategically placed around the house, car and baby buggy that catch our eye by way of direct physical reminder and facilitate more ‘convenience consumption’ without going out our way.

Similarly, technology access points are in each room of our house (and of course on our mobiles) in case we need to look anything up online in case of emergency.

Plenty of mirrors ordain the house so we can regularly ensure we are happy with how we look and are presenting to one another, Her Majesty the Baby and the world at large (see our post entitled “Groom, Groom, Groom to Stressbust™” for further detail).

Then our decor and home layout is designed to keep us calm, positive and reinforce clear thinking without us knowing it (see our previous post entitled “10 Stressbusting™ Themes for Decorating to Innovate & Inspire” for further detail).

And of course we keep our people “assets” close to, by communicating throughout the day as regularly as we can with the individuals identified by us as key to our personal stressbusting™ aspirations.

These people were identified by our having asked ourselves the questions contained in our previous post entitled “Break Time Quickie : Stressbusting™ Allies to Keep Close”.

We find embracing a 24/7 Wellness Lifestyle and maintaining a low SMI™ (‘Stress Management Index™) successfully requires these sorts of physical reminders of good habits to be in place.

We hope you find them useful too.

For an explanation of SMI, please see our post entitled “Have an SMI™ (Stress Management Index™) to accompany your BMI”.

Big Love
