Hesitation is the enemy of creation.

If you wish for something there is a point where all the wishing in the world will not bring about a desire outcome without some call to action.

MikeyM™ worked in the City of London when he was (much!) younger, where there was huge pressure to ‘look and act the part’.

Tailored suits, shirts & ties, expensive gadgets and designer watches were the order of the day (think Michael Douglas as Gordon Gekko in the movie “Wall Street” 👨‍💼).

Now happily married with Her Majesty the Baby is tow 👨‍👦 we wanted to release some funds to act as a security blanket for a rainy day.

Having mulled the sale of one of his prized designer watches which brought back great memories of the period in question, MikeyM™ finally bit the bullet and placed his favourite (and most desirable one) up for sale this year with a reputable online sale service.

The process was extremely smooth and resulted in a sale releasing the value and funds sought 👍.

While reticent about the sale at 1st, the clear paramount priority 💥 of releasing such funds made the decision a no brainer.

MikeyM™ is able to look back with pride at the hard work he put in to enable himself to buy the item and celebrate that it has now, all these years down the line, contributed not only to our immediate family security and quality of life, but enabled him to enrol on a new certified online course that is likely to create further income streams for the family while costing only a fraction of the return on the watch itself!

The point is, times, economies and circumstances change.

And in the process, so do priorities.

Our emotional connection to past events and objects nonetheless can often prevent us from taking action which is evidently in the interest if the present and future 😪.

When this occurs, continuing deliberation and hesitation can not only wear you down but start to erode those special memories of the past.

And sometimes only the action itself as opposed to the deliberation creates the catalyst for opportunitiy!

So, if you consider something might be the right thing to do for say over a year, then by definition I most likely is.

Then decisive motion, not continued dithering, has to surely be the right way forward?! 🏋‍♀️.

Love, MikeyM&LouLoU™ 😍🤎💙❤ xxxx
