In the coming weeks and months, I look forward to sharing with you all of my glorious recipes from all around the globe which are proven to reduce stress and improve wellness.
Let me say before I start that food and cooking are pure works of art for me.
They are one of the few things that appeal to every single human sense.
The beautiful array of colours......
The distinctly aromatic smells.......
The texture on the lips and tonsils.......
The merging of explosive flavours.........
The social event which is the family meal time.......
And the pang of satisfaction after a pleasing meal experience.......
These all combine to make my cooking unrivalled and sexiest in its sphere.
My recipes will cater for meat eaters and all range of vegetarian and vegan preferences without prejudice of taste and quality, so please be sure nobody will miss out!
And believe me when I say a Wellness Diet does not simply mean sacrificing taste.
It involves many measured treats which are good for the human soul and so a vital source of Wellness.
For me it is all about the balance.
Any wellness food plan that is overly restricted is nothing more than a recipe for its own destruction!
I love the food I cook and I inject total Santiago love into it from the bottom of heart when cooking.
You will more than see this in recipes I create for you.
But for now I must go to organise my kitchen in readiness for my exciting and important role ahead.
